Malibu Seafood

Lifeguard tower on Zuma, because it's LA and we're so trendy, our lifeguard towers are even cool

One of the many perks of living in Los Angeles is the "easy," (if there isn't traffic up the waz) access to the Pacific Ocean. Malibu and Santa Monica beaches have been a staple in my life since I was little. Not only are the beaches and people beautiful but so is the food. Geoffry's, Gladstone's and Tra di Noi are among the best restaurants in the city, but if you're on a budget like me, and it ain't someone's birthday, there's no way you're going to find me dining for shits and giggles at any of these places.
Me, just casually and naturally posing in front of the Malibu Seafood sign
Cue in, Malibu Seafood. This little gem of a beach shack has been around for years. Overlooking the ocean, Malibu Seafood is an equally delicious and more affordable alternative to any of the other fancy shmancy eating establishments by the sea. Featuring an impressive seafood menu with specials and 'catches of the day,' Malibu Seafood is one of the best places to eat good food and soak up the gorgeous views. Plussss, and it's a big one, you can BYOB!!!
Clam Chowder & Fish n' Chips

Malibu Seafood also offers a fresh fish selection where you can pick up dinner to make at home.
